Refund policy

Refunds and Returns:

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 30-day Return Policy.  Please note, however, we do not use any plastic in our packaging.  No internal bags, hygiene strips or security tags because our very goal is to reduce single-use plastic.  Therefore to be eligible for a return, the goods need to be unopened.

We have very detailed size charts so you can cross-check your size before ordering.

For returns, please email returns@powerofpants.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.  Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on donations made to our SASSY program.
